Light-curing, biocompatible material ( Class IIa medical device) for base parts of orthodontic appliances , drilling and x-ray templates , and bite and fixation splints . Developed for maximum process reliability , high mechanical strength, and easy polishing . Fracture resistance, elasticity, and moisture behavior are based on orthodontic standards . Autoclave validation available. Occlusion field adjustable; orthodontic wires and auxiliary parts can be securely fixed with FREEFORM® FIXGEL . Safe for use in the mouth , odorless, and tasteless. Color: clear-transparent.

Ja. Schichtdicke, Belichtungszeiten und Stützstrukturen variieren je nach Gerät und Material. Nutze die materialspezifischen Parameter aus den IFU/Profilen des Drucker-Herstellers bzw. DETAX.

Darf man unterschiedliche Freeprint Harze mischen?

Nein. Keine Vermischung unterschiedlicher Chargen/Materialien. Restharz immer filtern und in die Originalflasche zurückführen, sofern vom Hersteller erlaubt.

Wie lagere ich die Harze korrekt?

Kühl, trocken, lichtgeschützt und gut verschlossen. Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung und hohe Temperaturen vermeiden. Vor Gebrauch aufschütteln (gemäß IFU).

Wie lange ist das Material haltbar?

Siehe Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum (MHD) auf der Flasche. Nach dem Öffnen zeitnah verbrauchen und sauber arbeiten, um Kontamination zu vermeiden.
